Our process is simple and respectful:

Select the Size: Please use the detailed sizing guide below to choose the appropriate urn size based on your pet's weight.
Choose Engraving: Select how many sides you would like to have engraved (Front, Back, or All Sides).
Upload Photo & Text: Please directly upload your favorite photo of your pet and enter your desired inscription (such as name, dates, or a short message) on this product's customization page. We will optimize the photo background and composition to ensure the best possible presentation on the wood.
Please note: The clarity and quality of the uploaded photo directly impact the detail and depth of the final engraving. Well-lit, clear photos with good contrast of your pet's face or profile are recommended.
Confirm & Craft: Before final engraving, we will provide a digital preview for your approval. Once confirmed, our artisans begin the careful handcrafting process.
